Real quick one I found while playing with runes, Miss Fortune's Q should apply on-hits at both hits but the bounce (Second hit) of the Q isn't applying Kleptomancy. Not sure if it's a bug or working as intended, seems to me like a bug.
What I found out is that AAing anything other than a champion(this includes hitting a minion with the first part of Q, but the AA is for everyone) then it will consume the buff. More MF that means the you can't use Q on a minion to get the rune proc with the bounce to hit a champion.
I hope the buff being consumed on things other than champions is a bug.
Edit: Looks like it works as a spellblade(guess cause it's easier to code) so might be intended.
