Ravenous Hydra Active Making A Ward Placement Sound

I've recently begun learning top lane. I have rarely built ravenous hydra on any champions I play, that is, until I began playing Fiora. Recently I've been getting annoyed at the active for hydra, as it is producing WITHOUT FAIL a ward placement sound on top of its own sound. As you might be aware, this can be very nerve-racking in ranked games, when it is possible that the ward sound may or may not be that of the enemy. Please fix.
