I teseted this in games with dunkmaster and classic skins and only dunkmaster was affected. I'm not sure if the others are affected but your best bet right now if you're playing darius is to go classic 
This is actually so frustrating..you can't do anything! The mouse cursor just locks into whatever render your cursor was before you used the ability and you can't target anything. You can still activate q or w, but you can't auto attack or dunk. I thought this would of been fixed when they deactivated Darius

Ya this bug is very annoying,I expected this to be fixed when darius was disabled Come on riot I paid for my legendary skin and I intend to use it
so to help you with this here is something to work around it. press E then immediately press W. while the enemy is slowed and during the process of using your W press the left mouse button. this will refresh the mouse cursor allowing to auto.
Had this bug as well, it would reset every time i backed, couldnt figure out what was causing it. I just reloaded into the game and it worked fine from there

i got the same. im not able to attack after i used my pull ability.. please fix this riot!!
I had the same issue. Not being able to autoattack or use your ultimate is not fun. :/
