Bigs with Sion

Sion cant emote when he is in the fights - cant taunt/laugh/joke around when in battle (when fighting) No Hydras Cleave ability animation just stands there when it happens Sometimes like 2 out of 5 games i cant use literraly cant use Q or R for some reason i can click it but nothing happens and no i dont have lags.I just cant use it.But i can solve it by going to controls menu and just pressing default keys button that fixes the issue for some reason for me and no this is not my keyboard fault because i am using default keys .this is really frustrating espacially in battle when i cant user my abilities P.S this is my first post ever if i am doing something wrong just write me dont be mad :D
