[GAMEPLAY] Miss Fortune not getting full movement speed buff upon using W when respawned

This bug is consistent. Upon respawning, activating W (Impure Shots) should grant the full +70 movement speed, but does not.

To replicate: 1.) Die (the method of dying does not seem to have any impact) 2.) Respawn and try immediately running out of fountain and activating W

The buff icon updates to 70, but the actual movement speed does not. Her strut is activated by default (because she just respawned) but does not instantly increase to 70. This bug seems to effect all games, and is consistently there. Hope to see this one fixed soon!

It will actually not work regardless if you die or not.

If you let Strut already start stacking up, lets say it's at 35, if you use your W then the tooltip will show 70 movement speed but as you can see it is still stacking the speed on her base movement speed bar-thingy.

They must've coded it where it just applies Strut, (where as if Strut is already on/stacking up, it will not do anything extra), but if that's the case, then they need to fix the tool tip.

I really hope they will fix this soon.
