[GAMEPLAY] Aurelion Sol Passive\W Killling Once Nexus Explodes

At the end of a game Aurelion Sol's W can deal damage while people are supposed to be invulnerable resulting in the score being changed at the end game lobby and match results.

The elise who was killed died 4 seconds after the game's official end time as the nexus had lost all of it's health which ruined her perfect kda by leaving her with one death.

Not an overly large issue but I would be upset if it was me who's perfect kda was ruined

To replicate this destroy the nexus while a champion is standing in the range of Aurelion Sol's W or Passive and observe as it damages them/kills them
