Bug with Frame drops

Dear Rito, Since the updated patch some type of exploit has been causing frame rate drops. Every time it happens at least 1 or both party members anticipate that we would have frame rate issues and spec accordingly. It seems to be most common on 3v3s and occasionally on ARAM. I've ran several test on my own GPU and no issues found. While most games I'm playing fine (due to lack of skill) but when grouped with certain individuals who have certain teams names the game start almost immediately after champ select and cause frame drop rates. Could be a code issue with putting in special characters of some sort.
