Yasuo's windwall blocks Velkoz's E

his E is a projectile and this is not a bug

Back in the day it was bugged, as in the visuals were destroyed, but the AoE still occur.

Otherwise it was a projectile like, say, Ziggs' Q.

I'm pretty sure it also stops Eve from getting the shield from her ult. It will stop the heal from an enemy and the heal from vlads Q.

i don't really see it as a projectile but oh well, today I learnt #salty Ty guys

well, at least it is no longer instant...i've seen several people missing the cast because of the delay now
