Hello. The problem is you can create fake paypal account and registere it go german bank after that you recieve a code and with that code you can purchase RP for free

Why post it on the forums.
People will cheat the system to get infinite RP and everything in the game now that you've shared this way to get infinite RP. Therefore, Riot will get LESS money from people doing this
