Weird Blue circle bug (PLEASE HELP)

I am encountering the same problem as in this screenshot. I have already tried reinstalling league and it had no effect. I've also tried repairing the client with no effect. Please help.

probably has nothing to do with league, possibly a third party program, look through those.

my assumption is what I prescribed, everything else is for you to find out, but overwolf is a usual culprit.

Don't use overwolf and I can't think of anything that would cause this but thanks for the help regardless

#Beta Client

Click the cog to the top right corner of the client then click "Initiate Full Repair".

#Legacy Client

Repair the game by clicking the question mark icon to the top right of the patcher. Select "Repair" and let the patcher scan and repair corrupt game files. When the process is completed, you'll see the orange "Launch" button.

This should remove any modified / corrupted files from your client.

Let us know the results.
