Dodge timer due to champ select bug

Would be wonderful if you would disable the dodge timer as long as players are having broken ban/lock in buttons during champion select. Champion select freezes and does not allow players to ban or lock in no matter what they do. Champ select lags or freezes buttons, but the timers continue to count down, so then we are locked into a dodge regardless of what we do.
