Level 31 is achievable? Spelling error for Electrocute too.

I got level 31 today, and I'm currently not entirely too sure if that's allowed due to reasons I can understand and expect. I didn't want to take any chances on if it was a bug or not. Also, I found a spelling error on Electrocute's cool down info. Edit: When I had leveled up, I got a ton of missions completed. 55 of them, if I remember what I saw correctly before I was pushed into the 'mission completed' screen. Assuming they're the rewards you get for leveling up 1 to 30 since I supposedly got summoner spells I had access to already, and simple champion unlocks like Garen and Ashe. https://imgur.com/a/HD46z https://imgur.com/a/4SPYm

they already mentioned multiple times, that with the changes to the rune/mastery system, theyre removing the level cap.

until now, the level systems only purpose was to gate the runes/masteries for new players. since the new runes are now accessable to everyone regardless of their summoner level, they remodeled the level system aswell.

instead of gaining ip after every game, youll gain xp. and upon every level up you will gain rewards like champion shards.
