500 ping Disconnect and Can't go back in game (WINDOWS)

HI guys, I've been experiencing a problem since some weeks ago, I am playing normally and then my ping goes to 500 ms and I Disconnect from server. When I try reconnecting I get that firewall problem warning but my firewall is actually down, the one from windows and I've already tried the command line ip configuration as such some others solutions wich didn't work out for me. The strange thing is when I go login and see my Match History I cant find the game wich I've been disconnecte such as if it was Loss Prevented but nothing appears on screen..

Please if someone can help or experienced such problem share with me and present a brief solution if possible.
