[CRASH] Lee Sin ward jump

For some reason sometimes when i try to ward jump with lee my game crashes (that bug splat thingy). I have my skills on smartcast and i keybinded both trincket and sightstone to my extra mouse buttons. The occurance of this bug is quite chaotic so i can't really tell how often i get it (some days it never happens and some days it happens 3+ times a game) It's pretty vital to my Lee Sin experiance as i get imediatelly disconected from the game. I tried re-keybinding my wards and updating/fixing my client and mouse drivers but the problem remains. If anyone could help me fix this issue it would be most helpful. Cheers!
