[Gameplay, Client] Lost control of my champion and spammed with client errors

In-game, I was playing Yi, and three times during pivotal moments, I literally lose control of my champion. He'd keep running in a single direction for around two or three seconds at a time and not responding, all when I could have easily gotten a double or triple kill or turned the game around. It wasn't lag, Yi literally wouldn't respond to my commands while everyone else was doing everything fine and I could still chat in-game while in the middle of losing control, and I was in a Skype call with two friends with no interruptions. I'm honestly suspecting foul play here, as the timing was too suspicious each time. I also made sure the problem wasn't with my mouse or something, just in case.

After that game, I kept getting unknown errors to the point I had to close my client because they kept popping up and I couldn't click on anything but the close button on the error popup. This happened twice, the first time immediately after the Yi game, and the second time was in my next ARAM game right as the game tried to start before the loading screen, which meant I had to quit the lobby, despite all my friends already being on a loading screen already. I didn't have any problems inside that game though, or anytime afterwards. This final part could just be on replay.gg's end, but the Yi game and Kog'maw game (the game immediately after the Yi one that had trouble launching) don't show up there, while my final game with no problems showed up fine. I was going to try to supply you guys with video of the incident.

Can anyone give me any ideas as to what happened?
