RELOADING page pops out at begining of the game!?

I have a problem whenever i try playing with my long old acc i have ever played after picking a character and game about to start ive been just sent at realoading status without even getting into a game... My internet speed is very fast and i have tried multiple other spots. Even uinstaling the game or creating a new acc... Only thing i see is sometimes my AV security can detect an virus...

PLEASE HELPPP :'(
