Gangplank ult glitch

Say you are engaged in a fight with your enemy laner and right before you die you drop your ultimate, if you die about a second before you use it it still goes on cool down but it doesn't display that it does, instead it displays it's availible.

To produce this: use your ult right before you die (this has happened to me twice)
