"PvP.net patcher kernel has stopped working"

so iwas playing league all normal in a bot game. then right as we destroyed the nexus league froze. i had to restart my laptop in order to get it to work again then i tried going into league and it wouldnt work. so i went to sleep to try it in the morrning anf when i tried it. the thing till wouldnt wrok. so i ran it as admin and it finally worked. but now anytime i play a gaem it always is like 0-5 fps when i used to have 30 and 30 still aint the best but at least you can play on 30. plz help would mean a lot thanks. also forgot to say i already uninstalled and still wont work.
