bug on fiora's ultimate

Hi,

I was playing fiora earlier today and after ulting a LeeSin in the dragon pit and killing him in the due time, my ultimate didn't go off. I'm sorry i don't have any screen or anything more to say I just wanted to help you correct this if it's a bug that occurs often.
