Wide Open West ISP and League of Legends

The past two nights, I have had constant 300-500 ping between the hours of 6pm-12am. This ping and packet loss only occurs within this game and no others. CS:GO works fine among other games. I am curious if anyone else is experiencing these latency issues and if they also have Wide Open West as their ISP. It would be nice if someone from riot could clear up what's going on, because I'm fairly certain the issue lies between W.O.W and riots servers and how they interact with each other.

I have WoW and I live in Columbus, been dealing with similar issue since late December.

My lag basically consists of my ping shooting to 500+ and causing my internet to go out completely(yes that's right, no internet connection on my entire LAN). This will continue to stay down for exactly 10 minutes. This happens multiple times a day (as much as I try, recently it hasn't been at all because I've given up on this game) and like I said has been going on since late December.
