Not Earning IP

After a game 2 games ago, I noticed that I had 6198 IP. I played 1 more game, then looked to see how much IP I still needed to purchace a 6300 champion, but my IP was still at 6198 despite the client telling me I had earned 77 IP. I figured this was just a visual bug, and played another game, this time the client telling me I had earned 36 IP. However, The client still shows me only having 6198 IP, and relogging does nothing to change this. Anyone else having this problem?
