(Client) Problems with client last month or so

So whats the deal? for the past month+ in order to log into league of legends it takes multiple attempts(usually around 5), then once the main page loads up, i usually have to spam reconnect to chat around 5 times as well. The store? haha, about 25% of the time when i finally get logged in it works, so if im really dedicated i have to repeat that process a couple times until the store finally loads. talking with some RL friends who live in the area and we all have the exact same problem? whats the deal, anyone else having issues, if so has anyone figured out how to fix this?
