RP Gifting

League says I sent 100$ worth of RP twice to SKT IU who's a friend, but I didn't even send it and he didn't get it. as i looked on my credit card purchases it didn't say that I purchased it. Before It said that I had sent 100$ RP to Lejohn3 who's another friend but he didn't get it either, and I checked on my credit card purchases and it didn't say that I had purchased it. Someone help please?
