[GAMEPLAY] SYNDRA W BUG

I'm having a issue with Syndra's W. Every time I cast it (on my q or a minion) the cursor gets stuck. It kept showing up as the "blue target" cursor and won't let me ping or click on objects. After awhile the cursor goes back to normal. This bug happened about 1 or 2 patches ago Anyone else experiencing this bug as well? Any suggestions on how to fix this?

To produce this bug, just cast w on your q or minions/monsters.
