Weird Input Lag

The couple of weeks I have been experiencing weird input lag during my games. I try to right click so my character moves but there is a varying delay and sometimes it wont move at all and I have to click multiple times. My game runs at 144 fps with stable 25ms ping. Does anyone have the solution? Its driving me crazy.
