No Chest after Getting S- or better
Hey just curious as to why I have not got a chest even when I get S- or better. But yet I continue to receive keys?

do you have any chest actually available to get in the first place? cause they take a week to get another
Few things to know about gaining chests.
- You can only get one chest per champion per season.
- You have chest charges available to you that take a week to recharge with a max of 4.
- You can also gain them if you are on a champion that you have yet to earn a chest on and a premade gets an S- or better.
I literally just got S playing with Brand and didnt receive a chest or my second token for mastery. Im very confused, I've had opinions on other games where i was like," No way Rito, That should be S." But this game is different....I did get S. Didnt get anything....Ranking system says "Rank S- or higher to earn a mastery 6 token". So how is S- higher than S.....or why is this system not working still?
Yes, I have 4 chests available but have not got one in like ages even if I get S+. Just completely confused. So 1 chest per champ even if u have 4 chests available?
so i havent gotten an S in like 5 months (i know im tilted) and when i finally get an S i didnt get a chest? it says i have 4 chests available and i have 4 keys is this a bug rito pls
Make sure your honor lvl is at-least 1. honor lvl 0 prevents you from earning any hextech loot. but as you are still receiving keys so suppose that's not the case.
