[Crash] Good ping with intermittent lag during play. No Victory or Defeat banners, frozen.

This started happening fairly recently and happens every game.

I'll have 47 ping, I'm moving around fluidly>suddenly a team fight appears right where I am standing>When a champion is killed during this interference they remain standing, but the health/mana/energy bars disappear> Often times in these situations I am killed but I can continue running around> When the game ends and a nexus is destroyed, the "victory" and "defeat" banners do not appear> The game remains frozen at this point and I cannot continue to the post game chat/stats. The client most be closed using my PC task manager.
