Changing rune pages

I was playing tryndamere in a custom game, i had 10% crit chance on my rune page, early game i had the buff, but around late game i realized i was missing my rune page bonus. I used LSI to check my runes and i realized that i was using a completely different rune page. Somehow, my rune pages switched mid game. Extremely annoying. Please fix.
