Cannot access Emotes, they just stooped working after a few games.
no issues with firewall restarting does not help I am not using WIFI
This issue has apparently been happening for ~6months (looking back on old threads) and still needs attention.
How am i able to access them again?

-reinstall the game -repair the game -use the Hextech repair tool
Also I've been told to go to the forums first which is what I've done...
I have read other forums and my issue was not able to be resolved
considering that others have had this issue I figured that it would be a good idea to make an active forum on it.
I managed to fix it by reinstalling the game. Repairing didn't work. I shouldn't have to reinstall it for a single issue like this.

Firm believer in this tbh, I've had it happen to me lol. Hextech repair seems useless for me also, I just figure if they have code for that error they have an immediate fix for it but idk.
