After receiving full stacks of "e", and graves uses "e" again, his bonus armor and magic resist change to 2 per stack instead of 10 per (lvl 1) or 15 per (lvl 2). Not sure if Riot is aware, but this needs to be fixed.

It's a bug with leveling up. I reported it already. if you have any stacks while leveling, the stacks become 10% effective.
