I can't do remake
Hi Riot, I was playing a Ranked Solo/Duo and my mate went afk and I couldn't do Remake. So I lost 18LP. Patch the bug pls and return me the 18LP.

Just happened the same to me.
imho, in the first 10 minutes of game as soon as someone dcs for longer than like 2-3 minutes, there should be the possibility to remake at any moment (at least in ranked games) and the person who disconnects should get a soft penalty like blocked from playing ranked queue for X days... to prevent abuse the penalty should stack up ... if u dc on purpose many games in a row you'll end up being blocked from ranked for idk 20 days or something
it honestly sucks to: 1.lose a ranked game due to dcs teammates 2.get a 14-days ban/permaban after u dced a game and its not ur fault but ur shitty connection
