Can't receive gifts from friends.

So I contacted riot support and so did my friend. It has been about 4-5 days since the complaint. My friend gifted me two things from the League of Legends store and his RP was spent. I haven't received any of the gifts. Riot support is doing nothing about this I emailed them concerning the issues and they are avoiding the time to help me. I know my friend only spent twenty dollars or whatever on the gifts. But seriously this is one of the top gaming companies and they doing nothing to help. Does anyone have any ideas about this issue?
