No LP for Ranked Win

I was at 0 LP and just won a game with Caitlyn (8/10/15 at 5:30 EST). At the end of the ranked game it said waiting for stats. I waited for roughly 5 minutes and then hit skip. After the game I checked my LP and was still at 0 points. I logged out and logged back in and it is currently showing the win in match history but is staying at 0 points of LP. Can someone please advise.
