Client Crashing Post Game and upon Opening

Failed to load URL "https://riot:[email protected]:52048/index.html" with error "ERR_TIMED_OUT" (-7).

When i try to launch the client as an admin sometimes it loads and other i get a white screen (the same size as regular LOL client if that helps), this sometimes also happens post game as soon as i click continue from victory or defeat, havnt found a solution only thing that sometimes works is task manager closing everything to do with league and restarting client although even then this doesn't always work.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
