connecting issues

Riot pls give me a solution, it took forever when i tried to log in,it said logging on and it took forever, sometimes it said pvp.net not responding.Also.when i was banning or selecting my champions,everything were delay or stop.I can hear the song but it just can pick my champion,i click the bottom and it does,t respond.And now i have to wait 5 games for 20 mins .This only happens in the rank. This issues is annoying me for 2 months.
