Champion completely unresponsive

This bug, if that's what it is incredibly annoying and game breaking. Most games, upon first entering the rift my champion will not move at all. I can shop, pick abilities taunt, whatever. I just can't move. Most of the time I have to reload the game and sometimes that doesn't do anything. Many times reloading the game just makes the game crash. In the cases where I can get back in, my player moves somewhat but has a mind of it's own. For example, I will move forward to harass, then click to move back but my champion just keeps walking forward without accepting abilities or movement commands. A few times I just walked straight into tower. I have 70 ping, and I just moved League to my other drive, and did the whole repair option in the league client. None of these has fixed the problem.

I'm really hoping this isn't only me. Has anyone else had this issue or have solutions? Could it be server sided? My PC is more than capable, I don't think it's on my side.

I have this issue too. My champ stops moving. My mouse cursor is moving where I want it but it isn't registering my move clicks. It just happens on and off for like half the game. My FPS is consistently 60 and ping is consistent at 63 throughtout the whole game. Nothing is running. I get this issue randomly like once every 50 games or so. Started having this issue less than a month ago.

Did anyone find out how to fix this problem? I've been having this happen every game it sucks to just stand there unresponsive in a teamfight
