[Client] Can not purchase Champ Shard

I have over 1700 IP, I tried to purchase a champ shard and it says I do not have enough IP. I log out and back in. Still not enough IP. I play a game and get more IP, still not enough IP.

play a game and try again, usually works.(co op if you dont feel like a long game)

It is showing I have enough for runes.

A couple more games later still can not purchase.

I was finally able to buy one, it said I would only have 39 ip left when I had 2017 ip. Luckily, I had the 317 left I was supposed to afterwards. Somehow the client thinks you need 1978 ip but only charges 1700.

Use the legacy client to work around this. This should force a resync with the store and your IP balance.

At 1700 again and the bug happens again.

This bug still exists. The game thinks you need 1978 ip to purchase champ shards but only takes 1700 and wont let you purchase unless you have 1978.
