Played Odyssey Intro Multiple Times, Cadet Doesn't Unlock

I've played the Intro two times and the Cadet difficulty still hasn't unlocked. I'm hesitant to continue trying to do this but I've already put half an hour into it and my missions haven't progressed at all or anything.

That's because it's experiencing delays, give it a while and you should be good to go!
