[GAMEPLAY] Insta-killed at baron fight as a tank

During this match at the end, we were about to contest baron at about 38 minutes and in an attempt to steal it, I dived into the baron pit.

Before i dived in, (1)I charged my e, (2)ulted directly onto the baron, and instantly died from full health. I checked the death report and the only damage it showed I received was some autos from kalista and Riven's Hydra. The report had showed that they had only done from those attacks a total of 12% of my health. This is the first time this has accorded to me.
