GAMEPLAY BUG

So i spawn in late then i have to click shop and abilities (normal cast) 2-3 times to activate it. Also I cant move my camera i have to auto lock it with the button on the bottom right and it just makes gameplay so difficult. I have also experienced this many times in the past and i got it twice today and the only to fix it so far is by leaving the game and joining back. But when i did that today i got a low priority queue and its not even my fault.
