[Gameplay] Leveling up while in Zilean Ult

1. Level up
2. cast Zilean ult on yourself
3. try to level up an ability while in the zilean ult (I tried to level my R), nothing should happen
4. revive, then level an ability

If you follow these steps you end up with a permanent level up button on an ability that won't go away even if you hit lvl 18 like in the image. Not game breaking, but still annoying
