Wasted RP???

I'm poor and I don't know how to take a screenshot of the bug and I forgot to record it but I will give a brief description of what it was like, and I hope other people can relate so we can get more knowledge on how to fix this... or maybe it is just me. Anyway what happened was just like any normal day I get on the PBE client and I play some league but then I had to go to a soccer game so I left the client open and I left. When I came back I saw that I had gotten 8000 RP per day, so I spent it on some cool looking skins and wasted it all. One of the things I bought was gatekeeper Galio because I knew I was going to try out ap Galio. So per usual I went in the lobby had some banter and locked in my Galio but then I checked my skins tab and didn't see gatekeeper Galio, so I played a game with the normal Galio skin. After the game I look at my client and I see that i have left 85 RP but everything I bought didn't show up? Does anyone know what is happening and if so tell me please. I also restarted the client and my computer's external source and still I'm left with 85 RP.
