Aram Kassadin bug

Theres currently a bug in Aram where Kassadin kills a champion and he lvls twice instead of once, it's almost always lvl 3 to 5, I've duplicated it multiple times, not sure if it effects 5's/summoners rift in some way, but it's definitely an unfair advantage in Aram.
