Cant do ranked due to bug that i get while trying to load into the game after champion select.

Ok this is why i stopped playing ranked for a while in hopes that somehow they'd roll out a hotfix here or there.... it affects more players than myself and i know this cause it never affects me when i try and play normals . What i am talking about is going through champ select fine only to just wait in either the loading screen stays at 0% for all champs for like 5 mins and by that time the game had already been remade and I lose LP or its a black screen or never shows up and by the time it does game is remade and again i lose lp i have lost way too many series to this and it ticked me off in the past. RIOT PLEASE FIX THIS ( i know its not a connection issue as i cap at 60 fps for stability reasons with other programs on my pc for recording) get 18 ping and no packet loss since i am using a wired connection. If anyone has a fix for this other than a clean install and doing a full repair( yes i have done these many times) i would greatly appreciate it so i can get my climb game back on!!
