No longer receiving key shards or chests

So, after getting all the chests the first week (and the 12 key shards needed), I have no longer received and key shards or chests over the last week and a half. I have now 2 chests in the q and going on a 3rd, and have had several dozen S performances over that time frame, what gives? Something is obviously bugged here or I don't understand the system.
