Bug In Patch 5.22 and 5.23
When playing against a bard, if you step on one of his chimes and destroy it, Junk Yard Trundle's pillar appears for a second and then disappears.

It's impossible to destroy his Chimes. I believe you are referring to his W - Caretaker's Shrine.
