Is this a bug or is there no actual IP Boost anymore?

So I am kinda confused whether or not this is a bug or the IP Party Boosts are still up, if this is a bug, then hopefully this can be fixed, I don't know.

I'm getting the same thing. Why would they show the queue as eligible for party rewards if it's not?
