[GAMEPLAY]Morgana-Spellthief's Edge or Frostfang sometimes don't give gold when using Tormented Soil

On Morgana, sometimes when using Tormented Soil on enemies while having Spelthief's Edge or upgraded version Frostfang, it doesn't give any gold. I saw that in three games while having 3 charges, I applied W on enemies and it didn't give me any gold at all. Even if they stay there for 2 or more seconds. I've also seen that when this happens Thunderlords keystone doesn't apply either to an enemy. This happened to me while playing with Blackthorn skin, haven't tried the others so I'm not sure if skins affect the bug or it's just a skin/item bug. Also I haven't seen yet any bug issues while using the . Most of the time it happens in early game until lvl 10. (I'll try this again this the classic skin and I'll try to update in the future).
