Forecast Janna bug

So I was playing my main Janna and I decided to use her forecast skin. I get into game and I decide to spam her jokes while we wait for minions. while I was playing her jokes they were over lapped with her classic skin jokes. So I had her forecast jokes and her classic jokes playing at the same time. it was like "Say hello to the winds of <cough> <cough> oh I don't know what came over me" playing along side "So long as Janna's on storm duty you got nothing to worry aboOOOUTT!!!" I'm not good at describing stuff but it was something like this with her forecast jokes and classic jokes along side each other.

Do you happen to know if there was a non-Forecast Janna on the enemy team? Or were you the only Janna in the game?

I actually had the same thing happen to me on an ARAM match today! I was the only Janna, was using the Forecast skin (because honestly it's awesome), and I happened to be emote spamming when I heard the classic joke line come out. Didn't know it was a bug (don't often emote spam on her), but now that I think of it I DID hear her use the line "Say hello to the winds of- coughcough -Oh! I don't know what came over me!"

I remember this happening with DJ Sona's laugh sounding like default's a few months ago. lol

I had same issue in summoners rift ranked and normal. Ctrl 1 gave the overlap for me
