TFT Thief's gloves bug

My Brand had Thief's gloves (he was lvl1), after I merged him with another 2 Brands (one of them had Tear of the Goddess) and this started to happening each round: Thief's gloves dissapeard but kept giveing him 2 random items and Tear of the Goddess was still in his inventory.
